Job summary

Jones Healthcare Group is seeking a Maintenance Millwright to keep our manufacturing systems reliable and productive. You’ll diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support upgrades from design through execution to minimize downtime.

Bring certified Millwright credentials and 3+ years of factory maintenance experience. Lean knowledge, contractor coordination, and strong safety focus are valued. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany this role at our Ontario plant.

Qualifications

  • Certified Industrial Millwright qualification with proven industrial experience.
  • 3+ years of maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial equipment including pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, presses, and packaging systems.
  • Experience with preventative and reliability-focused maintenance practices.
  • Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Comfort working with contractors and cross-functional teams.
  • Lean manufacturing knowledge is an asset.
  • Electrician license is an asset.
  • A safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose issues, and restore operations safely and efficiently.
  • Serve as a maintenance subject-matter expert, supporting teams with troubleshooting and repair solutions.
  • Execute and improve corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Record maintenance work, parts usage, and service details accurately and on time.
  • Maintain machinery, utilities, and facilities to meet operations, safety, and quality standards.
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and new projects from design through execution.
  • Oversee external contractors to ensure work meets safety, quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
  • Identify and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, safety, and equipment performance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow Quality Management System, Health & Safety, and ISO 14001 Environmental requirements.

What You’ll Be Accountable For:
  • Production Support: Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose issues, and restore operations safely and efficiently.

We’re offering competitive compensation in the range of$38.75- $43.05 per hour, based on a 40-hour work week. Pay will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Some additional benefits we have offer are:
