Johnson Electric in Ancaster, ON seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, allocate resources across shifts, and ensure safety and reliability. You will guide maintenance staff, manage CMMS, and drive continuous improvement in uptime and production support.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing, a trades certification, and engineering education; experience with metal forming, automation, and Lean methods is a plus.
