Job summary

BOLD Growth is seeking a dependable Maintenance Associate to help keep our facility and grounds running smoothly. This full-time role is Mon-Fri with day shifts, 10 km outside Saskatoon, offering compensation between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour based on experience and skills.

Ideal candidates have maintenance, construction or handyman experience, a safety-minded approach, and the ability to work independently after training while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools, repairs, construction, maintenance, mechanical work or DIY projects.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC and building repairs within your training.
• Perform carpentry, drywall, painting and caulking repairs.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Maintain grounds and sidewalks, including snow clearing.
• Identify concerns and report work requiring specialized contractors.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with other maintenance projects.

Maintenance Associate

This is a great opportunity for someone with maintenance, construction or handyman experienceor strong hands-on skills and a willingness to learn. We are looking for someone who works safely, takes pride in their work and knows when to ask questions.

What Youll Do

• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC and building repairs within your training
