Job summary

SLB Canada Edmonton is seeking a motivated Maintenance Associate to support the preparation, inspection, repair, and testing of fracking equipment in our Edmonton maintenance facility.

You will work alongside experienced maintenance professionals in a hands-on shop role, using hand and power tools, performing inspections, and ensuring equipment is serviced safely and to quality standards. This position offers growth in oilfield equipment in a global technology company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment.
• Previous experience in a shop environment (maintenance, assembly, manufacturing, construction, or similar) is an asset.
• Experience in using power tools and hand tools is required.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness and availability to work overtime during weekdays and weekends as business needs require.
• Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada without company sponsorship.
