Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-5 years of experience in a mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills are required; formal mechanical training or certification is considered a strong asset.
• Familiarity with forklift operation, overhead cranes, or similar equipment is considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute and close out maintenance work orders in accordance with established procedures and operational priorities.
• Dismantle, inspect, assemble, and test various types of valves, wellhead, and frac assemblies.
• Conduct initial maintenance evaluations of equipment and perform daily inspections of shop tools and machinery.
• Utilize maintenance management systems to ensure full traceability of costs, time, equipment movements, work orders, and parts used.
• Reconcile post-job resources, including materials, time, and equipment, and dispose of equipment in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in failure investigations when required.
