Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical Technology with 2+ years related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance management methods and practices required.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, plans, and understand water and wastewater systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems and reporting beneficial.
• Familiarity with WorkSafeBC regulations and safety policies desirable.
• Valid BC Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the database for predictive maintenance and review PM programs.
• Liaise with contractors and coordinate scheduling between Operations, Maintenance, and Contractors.
• Support engineers and maintenance staff with data collection, budgeting, and field work.
• Assign equipment location numbers and ensure asset information is entered in CMMS.
• Organize regional maintenance programs and ensure documentation is complete.
• Provide relief planning during absences and prepare job sequences and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
