Job summary

Dexterra Group in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to conduct general building maintenance at a site in Vancouver. You will respond to reactive maintenance calls and perform building services and repairs as assigned by Contract Representatives.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of similar experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with CMMS and BAS systems. The role requires safety awareness, clear communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Word, Excel and database
• CMMS and BAS experience

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repairs on site including plumbing and related tasks
• Respond to reactive maintenance calls
• Estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs
• Maintain tools and communicate with client groups, employees, vendors and contractors
• Close work orders within the response time policy timeframe
