Job summary

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent – preferred experience in a maintenance role.
• Problem solving ability; recognize, assess, report, and provide solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and record keeping ability.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Maintain good working relationships with all co-workers and contractors.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. if necessary.
• Ability to fabricate and weld various types of metals is a plus.
• Successful candidates will be able to work well independently and, in a team, setting.
