Job summary

Technosub in Rouyn-Noranda, QC, is seeking a machinist to read engineering drawings, set up production equipment, and verify part dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. This on-site role requires standing, repetitive tasks, and attention to detail.

Candidates should have College/CEGEP level education, 1–2 years experience, and a Machinist Trade Certification. Experience with CNC and conventional machines, lathes and milling machines, and water jet processes is preferred.

• Understand tolerances and fit requirements from drawings.
• Operate and adjust production machinery and tools.
