Base pay range

CA$17.00/hr - CA$20.00/hr

We operate 3 shifts—days, afternoons, and midnights.

• We are currently hiring for all three shifts – Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime.
• Shift preference will be accommodated based on availability and staffing needs.

CSA Safety Shoes are required.

Your Responsibilities
The Machine Operator safely operates machinery to produce final products. Responsibilities include:

• Mixing materials.
• Filling and weighing buckets.
• Pouring materials into press molds.
• Monitoring the press operation to ensure proper molding.
• Removing finished parts from the press.
• Trimming and stacking materials.
• Preparing and packaging products for shipping.
• Monitoring machines for damage or irregularities.
• Inspecting finished products for quality.
• Documenting daily production numbers.
• Following all safety procedures and company policies.

Your Qualifications
Candidates should have:

• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Good time-management skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical stamina, including:
  • Standing for entire shift.
  • Lifting 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Ability to work in heat.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• No experience necessary; training will be provided for the right candidate.
