What are we looking for?

We are seeking a full-time Machine Operator to join our team. Reporting to the Supervisor, this role involves working safely, maintaining quality and efficiency standards, and collaborating within a team environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Set up of the machines
  2. Operate the machine efficiently and safely
  3. Responsible for routine maintenance
  4. Assist with troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving
Qualifications
  1. O.S.S.G.D Graduation diploma or equivalent
  2. Experience with ERP systems – Visual Manufacturing is an asset
  3. Crane Training, WHMIS certification
  4. Ability to understand departmental processes
  5. Mathematical skills
  6. Proficiency with tape measures
  7. Strong organizational and housekeeping skills
  8. Willingness to work overtime and dedication to completing duties
  9. Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  10. Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  11. Attention to detail and sense of urgency
  12. Ability to wear and work in PPE for extended periods
