Machine Operator - 3rd shift (10 PM to 6:30 AM)

Join our team as a Machine Operator - 3rd shift (10 PM to 6:30 AM) at Philips.

Job Overview

This role involves operating machinery, assembling oral care kits (bottle filling and brush head assembly), and applying labels manually. You will participate in setting up production lines, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining standard work procedures. Responsibilities also include assisting team leads, conducting daily audits, entering work data, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizens.

Qualifications

• Entry-level or relevant experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate machinery or assemble components.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Physical ability to stand for most of an 8-hour shift, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform pulling and pushing tasks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

This is an onsite role requiring presence at our facilities. We believe in a collaborative work culture and expect onsite team members to work in person at least 3 days a week.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range in Ontario, CA is $17.75 to $27.50/hour, with potential bonuses, comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401k, HSA, stock purchase plans, and more. Compensation varies based on experience and other factors.

Additional Information
