This is an entry-level position responsible for operating blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines, and conveyor systems. The role includes troubleshooting process issues, performing minor maintenance, and following Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Operate blow-mold machines to produce quality bottles, perform audits, weights, and quality checks.
• Adhere to quality control procedures and blow mold process protocols.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.
• Make adjustments to meet product specifications.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and mechanical adjustments.
• Grind excess material and bottles.
• Document repairs, maintenance, and daily production reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Basic mathematical skills and computer experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Altium Machine Operator I training within 90 days of hire.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The role requires standing, walking, using hands, reaching, and occasionally climbing or stooping. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The environment is loud, with exposure to moving mechanical parts, fluctuating temperatures, and the use of PPE.
