Baytech Plastics Inc. is seeking an Injection-Operator to join our team in Canada. This entry-level role focuses on efficient, high-quality, and safe operation of injection molding processes and related tasks, with training provided.
You will work across multiple shifts, learn to use Mattec data systems, read gauges, and ensure accurate packaging and labeling while upholding safety and documentation practices. Advancement opportunities are available for motivated individuals.
Working within a team based manufacturing and assembly environment, the Injection-Operator is responsible for the efficient, quality and safe operation of Injection molded parts. Related tasks and responsibilities, such as training, that contribute to the overall wellbeing of the organization and its employees.
This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement. Candidates must be able to work all shift types, including days, afternoons, midnights, and 12-hour continental shifts. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. The role requires the ability to lift light to moderate parts. Full-time benefits are provided upon successful completion of the probationary period.
The ideal candidate is a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in doing things right the first time. They are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment and show a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
They have a keen eye for detail, can stay focused on repetitive tasks, and understand the importance of maintaining quality and keeping production running efficiently. This person is safety-conscious, follows procedures, and uses good judgment when identifying issues or concerns.
Flexibility is important—they are able to work a variety of shifts and adapt to changing production needs. Above all, they are dependable, with a strong track record of consistent attendance and a solid work ethic.

Rotations: (Must be able to work both) MAD (8 Hour Shifts) Midnight: 11pm-7am, Afternoons: 3pm-11pm, Days: 7am-3pm. Continental (12 Hour Shifts) Two Weeks Days Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday. Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday. Two Weeks Nights. Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday. Week 4: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday. Hours range based on schedule rotation; between 36-48 hours weekly.
