Job summary

Mitchell Plastics Kitchener location is seeking Machine Operators and Assemblers. You will operate moulding or assembly machines and perform manual assembly to produce high‑quality parts for automotive interiors. Reading operation instructions and recording production data in the computer system are essential.

This full-time night shift role offers an hourly wage starting at 22.08 CAD with a night shift premium of 0.75 CAD. Work is Sunday night through Thursday, 11 pm to 7 am.

The Role

Our Mitchell Plastics Kitchener location is looking for Machine Operators/Assemblers. In this position, you are responsible for operating a moulding machine, assembly machine or performing manual assembly duties in the most productive, safe and efficient manner possible. You are accountable for the quality of the product produced at the workstation. Comprehension of the English Language is important, as you must read operation instructions and complete computer production reporting

Hourly Wage: Starts at 22.08 per hour + night shift premium of $0.75/hour shift

Employment Type: Full-time

Hours of Work: Night Shift: 11 pm – 7 am, Sunday night to Thursday
