Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Toronto. You will mentor the sales team, model authentic, personalized customer service, and help drive sales and service targets in a prestige beauty environment.

This role includes cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota, and contributing to a smooth daily operation. If you are ambitious, with retail experience and a desire to progress into supervisory leadership,

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Experience with cash handling and POS software.
• Supervisory/coaching ability to lead sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis and support store management.

You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviours that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets. You will also use your flair for retail and cash handling experience to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation as will also have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
