Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Vancouver. You will coach the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service and help achieve sales targets.

You will handle start/end of day cash reconciliation and may open/close the store on a rota basis. Ideal candidates have retail experience, are self-motivated, and ready for their first supervisory role within a prestige beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: prior retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Desirable: previous supervisory experience coaching/mentoring to reach sales targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviors that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.
