Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

You will coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service to achieve sales and service targets. You will utilise your flair for retail and cash handling to perform essential start and end of day cash reconciliation, and will participate in opening and closing the store on a rota

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• Desirable: experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Desirable: prior supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviours that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.

Qualifications
