Job summary

Rennaï is seeking a Visual Merchandising & Events Expert to elevate the luxury experience in Mont-Royal. You will lead in-store events, activations, and high-end client experiences, aligning with brand standards and business goals.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Buying, and Brand Partners to drive traffic, conversions, and incremental sales across store realms. This replacement contract role requires strong organization and a passion for luxury service.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Event Management, Visual Merchandising, Luxury Retail, Beauty, Hospitality, or related field.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with luxury aesthetics and customer experience.
• Strong business acumen linking activations to sales results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools and event planning software is an asset.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all in-store events, brand activations, masterclasses, VIP experiences, launches, pop-ups, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end event execution, including planning, timelines, logistics, setup, execution, teardown, reporting, and follow-up.
• Partner with the Experience Manager to create a weekly activation calendar designed to drive foot traffic, client engagement, service bookings, and incremental sales across all realms.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners to develop unique counter activations, animations, promotional moments, sampling programs, and customer experiences that support business objectives.
• Track event performance and provide post-event recaps, insights, attendance results, and recommendations.
• Support external events and community activations in partnership with Carbonleo and Royalmount.
• Coordinate participation in external brand events, partnerships initiatives, and external marketing opportunities.
• Assist with VIP shopping experiences, influencer events, media events, and private client appointments.
