Job summary

Brobston Group in Toronto is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals in a luxury boutique. You will build lasting client relationships and grow a loyal clientele while supporting High Jewelry sales.

The role involves developing new business through events and clienteling, managing CRM initiatives, and maintaining the boutique's display and aesthetics. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or jewelry certification and 7 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to build long-lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, curiosity about people, and a commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional client service.
• Develop new business through community events, boutique events, and curated clienteling outreach.
• Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data accuracy, communications, gifting campaigns, and reporting.
• Set up and break down displays and maintain the boutique's aesthetic quality.
• Travel as required.
