Job summary

Cartier in Toronto seeks a passionate Ambassador to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales across all touchpoints. You will actively participate in daily boutique operations, assist in merchandising, and maintain impeccable service standards.

The role requires weekend availability, a background in luxury retail, and strong interpersonal skills to cultivate client relationships and represent a premium brand with excellence.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday consistently in addition to one weekday.
• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a friendly environment with strong product knowledge.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, inventory, and merchandising, including back-stock.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships through CRM initiatives and events.
• Support after-sales clients and participate in in-store and offsite events.
