Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a retail environment, luxury experience preferred.
• Understanding of specialty retail and clienteling strategies.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (POS, Excel, Word, email).

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience.
• Meet and exceed sales goals daily, monthly, and yearly.
• Meet and exceed targets for client data capture.
• Develop genuine client relationships to hit KPIs such as sales, UPT, and ATV.
• Process returns and exchanges and handle consignments.
• Support team in creating new client relationships and events.
• Maintain after-sales service and follow-up communications.
