Kith Vancouver is hiring a Client Advisor to enhance the in-store experience across luxury apparel and footwear. You will greet clients, share product knowledge, and drive sales through exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Open to flexible full-time or part-time schedules, you will collaborate with management, maintain brand standards, and participate in after-sales communication to build lasting client relationships. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a retail sales role.
• 3+ years in customer service preferred.
• 1+ year in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Foster relationships with clients through after-sale communication.
• Display product knowledge and brand history.
• Collaborate with management to execute brand initiatives.
• Maintain a visually appealing sales floor and brand standards.
• Support housekeeping and operational tasks as needed.
