Job summary

Acne Studios in Vancouver seeks a Selling Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and deliver a premier client experience. You will lead and coach the team, ensuring each customer interaction reflects the brand’s luxury standards and attention to detail.

You will manage omni-channel services, guide customers through the shopping journey, and work to meet sales targets while maintaining a luxurious store environment and precise inventory control.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing role in retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
• CRM experience and clienteling.
• Ability to analyze retail KPIs and act on insights.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan activities based on KPI analyses.
• Provide training and coaching in luxury sales and client experience.
