Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Team Manager for its luxury retail environment. You will oversee staff, merchandise, and the client experience while driving sales objectives and maintaining standards.

You will coach and develop Client Advisors, recruit and onboard staff, support succession planning, and implement company policies and procedures. Lead the sales team in delivering exceptional client service, achieving KPIs, and growing the local client base through events and incentives; role requires

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury setting, with a focus on operations, store management, or office administration.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn and use various software packages.
• Strong communication, customer service, coaching, and issue-resolution skills; client books are strongly preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Client Advisors through regular goal setting, reviews, and training.
• Recruit and onboard team members, support succession planning, and implement company policies and procedures.
• Lead the sales team in delivering exceptional client service and achieving sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate client relationship resources, oversee floor supervision, and develop events and incentives to grow the local client base.
