Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the boutique's commercial success through compliance and operational excellence, managing admin, financial, logistics, and inventory tasks while partnering with colleagues to deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will implement policies, coordinate shipments and stock, monitor transactions, and oversee replenishment, repairs, and inventories, contributing to smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Luxury retail, service, or hospitality operations experience is an asset.
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and frequently move packages and products.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Maison policies and procedures, opening and closing routines, and boutique audits.
• Coordinate product shipments, transfers, receiving, handling, inventory counts, and stock control.
• Monitor sales transactions and financial paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
• Manage boutique supply replenishment and support care service, repairs, and inventory reconciliation.
• Collaborate with management and client-facing teams to improve workflows and meet operational KPIs.
