Job summary

Coach Stores Canada Corporation in Winnipeg is seeking a Sales Support Associate to welcome clients, process transactions, and keep the sales floor organized. You will partner with the team to ensure a smooth flow of products from receipt to the point of sale.

The role requires strong customer service, basic computer and POS skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Prior retail experience in luxury or fashion is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; assist with merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
