• Minimum 3 years retail leadership experience.
• Focus on long-term customer loyalty and conversion.
• Ability to coach and develop others with documented coaching and development.
• Experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Proven track record of improving performance.

Responsibilities

• Maximize personal sales productivity.
