Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations and use omni‑channel approaches to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of luxury retail sales experience, strong English skills, and familiarity with POS systems, mobile devices, and social media tools used for selling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Strong English proficiency and polished communication.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
