Harry Rosen Inc. in Toronto is seeking an Operations Associate for a part-time permanent role. You will deliver exceptional customer service at the service desk, process transactions, and help maintain a pristine store environment.

This role supports Omni-channel operations, order fulfillment, and merchandising duties, with potential for bonuses. Candidates should have at least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, and a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment, in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Experience working at a service desk with exceptional customer service is preferred.
• Strong service orientation – a demonstrated desire to wow our customers.
• Demonstrated interest in technology and how to use tech innovations to support the retail Customer Service function.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the service desk and process transactions accurately.
• Handle cash, open/close registers, prepare bank deposits.
• Support Omni services and order fulfillment, including e-commerce and BOPIS.
• Assist on-floor with merchandising, restocking and seasonal changes.
• Support daily tasks and cross-functional team collaboration.
