Job summary

Harry Rosen Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate for the Mississauga store to join the team on a part-time basis. The role involves processing transactions, updating client records, and supporting service desk activities to ensure a premium customer experience.

You will assist with omni-channel fulfillment, in-store logistics, and seasonal merchandising tasks while maintaining store standards and teamwork with the broader retail staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury environment.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and process transactions via POS.
• Maintain and update client information and files.
• Support service desk activities and ensure a tidy, stocked desk.
• Handle cash and daily banking tasks; assist with order fulfillment and BOPIS.
