Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales or a similar role.
• Passion for Christian Louboutin and true ambassador for the brand.
• Comfortable speaking to a diversified clientele.
• Must be able to perform physical elements of the job including lifting 10-30 lbs and standing for periods.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs for boutique growth.
• Maintain product knowledge across categories and brand trends.
• Foster client relationships through personalized service and CRM outreach.
• Act as a brand ambassador in and out of the store and collaborate with team to reach goals.
