Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Georgia seeks an exceptional Server for the 1927 Lounge. You will be responsible for the overall guest dining experience, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments in a luxury environment.

Expect to maintain knowledge of menu items, wine and liquor, and VIPs, while upholding strict service standards. Must have Serving It Right and Food Safe certifications; minimum 3 years in restaurant service and legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Diploma or college-level education required or equivalent work experience.
• Must possess Serving It Right Certification and Food Safe Certification.
• Minimum 19 years of age to pour alcoholic beverages; experience in restaurant service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and serve at guest tables.
• Prepare and present dishes and drinks as required, including table side service.
• Handle payments and process guest checks according to policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant station and equipment.
• Assist in opening/closing side duties and support in maintaining standards and VIP familiarity.
