Job summary

Jellycat seeks a Regional Sales Manager to grow its presence in Quebec City. You will build strong retailer relationships, support brand awareness, and ensure accounts meet Jellycat merchandising and brand standards. Remote role with required base in the greater Quebec City metro area; bilingual in French and English.

You’ll travel within the territory, drive sales growth, and engage retailers with new collections, trainings, and events, reporting insights to HQ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a bilingual Territory Sales Manager.
• Residence in Quebec City, within the territory to represent Jellycat.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in FR/EN.
• Strong organizational and forecasting skills with retail market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Represent Jellycat to grow brand presence and retailer relationships.
• Plan account visits and travel to support territory growth.
• Meet sales growth and budget targets.
• Evaluate retailers against Jellycat standards and close non-compliant accounts.
• Identify and secure new luxury accounts.
• Provide training and events support for in-store launches.
