Job summary

Ravago Manufacturing Americas is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Canada to grow the territory in Ontario or Quebec, manage key accounts, and win new business. Bilingual in English and French is required, with a professional, customer‑facing approach.

You will develop sales plans, work with channel partners and internal teams to meet resin needs, optimize logistics, and maintain CRM data, with remote work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years B2B/B2C, face‑to‑face sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in English and French required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve profitable revenue growth and new business development.
• Meet gross margin targets as a percentage of sales.
• Use customer-centric selling and prospecting to grow accounts.
• Develop and manage sales plans, budgets and expenses.
• Collaborate with channel partners to close business.
• Maintain CRM data and sales statistics.
• Coordinate with Technical and Customer Service teams to meet customer needs.
