Rogers Communications in Montreal, QC is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to own and execute the Québec regional marketing strategy for Rogers Business. You will collaborate with regional leaders and the broader marketing team to drive growth and enhance brand presence in the Quebec market.

You will design tactics for advertising and events (virtual and in-person), support local sales teams, manage regional budgets, and build strong partnerships with Quebec partners.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience in the Québec market is a distinct advantage.
• Experience in B2B and/or technology marketing is a foundational need.
• Confidence working with leaders at all levels in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills.
• Able to create strong regional partnerships with Quebec partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the Rogers Business QC regional marketing plan that delivers growth with regional leaders and marketing team.
• Create and execute marketing strategy and tactics for the Québec market, including advertising and events.
• Support local sales teams with marketing resources and guidance.
• Manage regional budget to meet objectives and optimize spend.
• Identify opportunities to elevate the Rogers Business brand in the region.
• Collaborate with regional peers and integrate activities into the regional plan.
• Oversee activities around the QC Regional Plan for the Rogers Québec office.
