Job summary

Tricon Living is seeking a Concierge at The Taylor, a premium rental community in Toronto. You will be the resident-facing contact, delivering warm, professional, hospitality-driven service while supporting day-to-day property operations.

You will build resident relationships, respond to inquiries across channels, coordinate service requests, and assist with move-ins/move-outs. Flexible hours and a strong service mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or multi-residential environments.
• Experience in residential, hotel, or luxury service environments.
• Familiarity with resident apps, parcel systems, and property management platforms (e.g., Yardi).
• Knowledge of local area, services and amenities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing a warm, professional presence.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, concerns, and complaints across channels (in-person, phone, email, resident apps).
• Deliver service in alignment with company standards with discretion and care.
• Maintain awareness of resident preferences for personalized experiences.
• Support resident communications by directing requests to appropriate teams.
