Job summary

Campus Living Centres' Integris community in Toronto is looking for a Resident Experience Coordinator to support front-of-house operations and leasing tasks. You will welcome residents and guests, manage access, schedule tours (virtual or in-person), and help fill bedrooms while maintaining a welcoming lobby environment.

This role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and reliability; hours may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must possess basic computer skills.
Ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures.
Basic math skills; punctual and dependable; weekend/holiday hours possible.
Self-driven and able to take direction from supervisors.
Experience in similar role is an asset.

Responsibilities

Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents, guests, and prospects.
Assist residents with inquiries, package handling, amenity bookings, and service requests.
Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front desk area.
Monitor building access and uphold community policies.
Support events, tours (virtual or in person), and resident engagement.
Respond to resident concerns with empathy and timely follow up.
Handle move-in/move-out processes and roommate matching.
Post on social platforms as required and maintain safety standards.
