Job summary

Rhapsody Property Management Services in Canada is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and guests, answer the phone, handle after-hours package pickup, and address inquiries. You will be the face of the community, helping create a welcoming environment and maintaining detailed logs.

You will also support events, social media presence, and resident amenities, build relationships with residents, vendors and neighbours, and uphold our standards of service with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in upscale customer service/concierge setting.
• Familiarity with neighborhood and community preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming residents and guests, answering Concierge phone line, after hours package pickup, addressing resident inquiries and concerns, updating communication logs on resident portal, manage general security.
• Provide information, resources and a welcoming environment for residents, customers, vendors and neighbours.
• Have sound knowledge of the community and surrounding area to answer questions with certainty.
• Build strong relationships with current and future residents and community members.
• Maintain positive relationships ensuring open communication between residents and community representatives.
• Assist with on- and off-site resident events and initiatives.
