You will drive client satisfaction, meet service and sales targets, and present product opportunities with timeliness and care, reflecting Tiffany's values and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury client service across retail/travel/hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high energy and passion.
• Strong computer experience and ability to multitask across channels (phone, email, live chat).
• Authorization to work in Canada and flexibility to work varied schedule.

Responsibilities

• Be based in store, embodying the Tiffany brand in client interactions across channels.
• Deliver luxury, best-in-class client experience and build long-term loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed client service goals and commercial sales targets.
• Provide elevated service via phone, email, and live chat, with empathy and accuracy.
• Recommend relevant products and know the Tiffany brand, driving conversion.
