Job summary

Christian Dior Couture, part of the LVMH Group, seeks a Client Advisor (Keyholder) for Holt Renfrew Bloor in Toronto. Deliver best-in-class service, cultivate client relationships, and drive boutique performance through knowledgeable product storytelling and personalized experiences.

You will balance sales responsibilities with client development, working across in-person, phone, and digital channels while upholding luxury service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience.
• Strong drive for business results with passion for creativity and the brand.
• Ability to build lasting relationships through strong communication and follow-through.
• Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and electronically.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate equipment (phone systems, cash register, computers).
• Requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Responsible for store security procedures as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention and lifetime value.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude and act as brand ambassador.
• Develop and nurture local and international client base through outreach and follow-up.
• Assist in inventory, merchandising, and floor moves as needed.
