Diptyque Paris seeks a Brand Ambassador to cultivate luxury client relationships, deliver exceptional product knowledge, and drive sales across all channels. The role emphasizes personalized service, elegant presentation, and a passion for beauty and fragrance within a luxury retail environment.

The successful candidate will engage with clients, educate them on merchandise, and provide a seamless shopping experience while contributing to KPI targets and team goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in luxury retail
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients across the store and channels
• Provide clients with product knowledge and styling advice
• Recommend merchandise based on client needs and preferences
• Process returns and manage exchanges to satisfy the client
• Drive omni-channel sales and promote store technology and programs
• Grow the client base through personalized engagement and relationships
• Support operational tasks and uphold health, safety and merchandising standards
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional luxury service
