You will engage with customers, provide personalized consultations, and drive sales through exceptional service and deep product knowledge. You will maintain pristine visual merchandising, participate in events and promotions, and build lasting relationships with clients while representing the brand's elegance and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail or customer service experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clientele.
• Passion for luxury products and Diptyque brand aesthetic.
• Strong sales acumen and results orientation.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Excellent presentation and grooming reflecting luxury brand.
• Proficiency in English; other languages a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Represent Diptyque with professionalism and enthusiasm, consistently reflecting the brand's sophisticated image and values.
• Actively engage with customers, providing personalized consultations and an immersive brand experience.
• Educate customers on Diptyque's product range, ingredients, history, and unique selling propositions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer interaction and upselling/cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and according to brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights, communicating them effectively to management.
• Participate in special events, promotions, and training sessions as required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager
