Diptyque is seeking a Brand Ambassador to embody luxury brand storytelling and deliver exceptional service in a Canadian retail setting. You will engage with customers, educate them on Diptyque products, and drive sales while maintaining pristine visual merchandising and inventory control.

Ideal candidates have experience in luxury retail, a passion for the brand, and the flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, beauty, fragrance or home goods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for luxury products and brand aesthetic.
• Strong sales and target-driven mindset.
• Willing to work weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Represent Diptyque with professionalism and enthusiasm, reflecting the brand’s image.
• Engage with customers with personalized consultations and brand storytelling.
• Educate customers on product range, ingredients, history, and selling propositions.
• Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management including receiving and stocking.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights for management.
• Participate in events, promotions, and training sessions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
