Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the role emphasizes achieving annual Fragrance & Beauty sales targets, expanding the client base, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture in a permanent full-time position.

Qualifications

• Superior client service skills, demonstrated through interest, courtesy, and sincerity;
• Ability to provide exceptional client care during consultations;
• Effective selling skills that relate to customer needs;
• Experience in achieving sales goals (especially for Fragrance & Beauty accounts);
• Ability to increase the customer base and build business for the future;
• Strong communication skills for building in-store business relationships;
