Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers.
• Exceed personal and brand sales and service targets.
• Build a loyal client base by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team.
• Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and store management.
• Drive brand sales through event execution and merchandising support.
• Participate in product knowledge sessions and vendor trainings.
• Support floor recovery and price changes as needed.
• Communicate with personal clients regarding events and sales follow-ups.
