Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Make-up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep, long-lasting customer relationships to grow sales, service and loyalty.
• Exceed personal sales and service goals and brand targets.
• Build a loyal client base by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Share product knowledge with the store team and maintain relationships with buyers and vendors.
• Support with brand events, floor recovery, merchandising, price changes and related tasks.
• Communicate with clients about in-store events, merchandise requests and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations and cyber security measures.
