Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service to customers.
• Exceed sales and service goals and targets.
• Build a loyal client base by acquiring new customers.
• Share expert product knowledge with store team.
• Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors and selling managers.
• Support floor recovery, merchandising and events.
• Communicate with clients about in-store events and requests.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
