Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers.
• Exceed sales and service personal targets.
• Build a loyal client base by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Share product knowledge with the selling team and maintain relationships with buyers and vendors.
• Drive brand sales through events, merchandising, and marketing communications with store management.
• Attend educational sessions and perform floor recovery and price changes as needed.
• Communicate with personal clients about events, merchandise requests, and follow-up.
