Qualifications

• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Highly collaborative in a team environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Two+ years in commission-based sales.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service to all customers.

• Share expert product knowledge with store team.
• Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers.

• Perform floor recovery and merchandising activities.
• Communicate with clients about events and merchandise requests.
• Resolve customer service issues in partnership with management.
